Eduard P. Zernin 

Managing Director, OGMA Capital Partners

Born in 1971. Graduated with honors from the School of Business, University of Chicago (Chicago Booth School of Business). Started his career in the field of finance in 1993. In 1996 he became co-founder and Managing Director of investment company “Region”, which by then became one of the largest players in the debt capital markets. He actively participated in creation of the corporate bond market, was elected to the Board of Directors of NPO “RTS (Russian Trading System) Stock Exchange”. In 2004 he founded his own investment boutique, specializing in venture capital investments and M & A transactions support.

In January 2006 - he came to JSC “AvtoVAZ”, where he was responsible for the implementation of major corporate projects as Executive Director, Strategy and Corporate Development, including consolidation of assets, elimination of cross-ownership schemes and attracting strategic investor.
