Despite the fact that our priorities are in the fields of agriculture and infrastructure projects, we do not restrain our activity to format investment strategy and limited set of industries. We are willing to consider variety of areas and transaction structures, including leveraged capital.
We are interested in companies of average and above average capitalization with professional and coherent management team, “established business model” and steady cash flow.

The main criteria for selecting companies as investment objects are:

• importance for the Russian economy 
• prospects of a particular industry 
• company's position in the market 
• professional management team.
